We specialize in a process that stresses repetition and uses our collective experience to attract and engage top professionals within the market.
When a manufacturing company came to us looking for a Director of Supply Chain, they had already spent 9 months and thousands in internal resources searching and recruiting for the position on their own– only to have three candidates turn down offers.
Within a week, one of our experienced recruiters was able to find multiple local, qualified candidates for the position. The organization liked two of the candidates so much that they wanted to prepare two offers, so that if the first candidate didn’t accept the position, it could be offered to the second candidate. Within 27 days from our first involvement with the search, the company’s top-candidate accepted their first offer.
