I love my job because: The autonomy of the position. Our upper management staff allows each recruiter the freedom to run their own desk, while also providing support as needed. It’s fun. Why are you good at what you do? I don’t like talking about myself, however, what makes me good at what I do is that I try to put myself in others’ shoes. Being empathetic to the situations of others and understanding their motivation helps me stay focused to work hard for them.

I’m most proud of: I’m most proud of my family; without them I’d be nothing.

On Saturday morning you can find me: Making breakfast for my wife and kids, OR carting my kids to baseball, soccer, or trying to complete a project around the house (with their help, of course!).
