Advice to your 18-year-old self: If I could give the 18-year-old me advice, I would tell myself to invest in people and to live by the quote by Maya Angelo: “I’ve learned that people will forget what you have said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
Where could I find you on a Saturday morning? You can likely find me at work. If not at work, I’ll be enjoying time with my wife or outside being active.

I love my job because: The autonomy of the position. Our upper management staff allows each recruiter the freedom to run their own desk, while also providing support as needed. It’s fun. I’d say the relationships you build both professionally and personally throughout the recruitment process is the most enjoyable aspect.
