A client going through a major transition needed to fill 15 key positions within five months– another 10 salaried positions, and nearly 100 hourly positions were also on the backlog. Our team was able to quickly fill the 15 key roles, as well as an additional two HR employees who could handle the next wave of hiring, saving the company thousands in staffing fees for the additional salaries and hourly workers. Our experienced talent managers helped the company to develop plans for sourcing, recruiting and recognizing their employees– leading to an 80 % decrease in turnover.
