Most proud of: I am proud of the interpersonal relationships I have developed and amount of friends gained through both my social and business lives.
Favorite volunteer activity: Alzheimer’s Association and Research.
I love my job because: The autonomy of the position. Our upper management staff allows each recruiter the freedom to run their own desk, while also providing support as needed. It’s fun. I’d say the relationships you build both professionally and personally throughout the recruitment process is the most enjoyable aspect.
Why are you good at what you do? I’d say my honest, sensible approach. I am very straight-forward with clients and candidates which allows for an honest and mutually respectful relationship.

I love my job because: What I love about my job is that I’m able to positively impact others. I’m able to help them with one of the most important parts of their lives, and that’s very fulfilling for me.
Why are you good at what you do? I don’t like talking about myself, however, what makes me good at what I do is that I try to put myself in others’ shoes. Being empathetic to the situations of others and understanding their motivation helps me stay focused to work hard for them.
I’m most proud of: I’m most proud of my family; without them I’d be nothing.
On Saturday morning you can find me: Making breakfast for my wife and kids, OR carting my kids to baseball, soccer, or trying to complete a project around the house (with their help, of course!).
