About Us

Search Jobs

A recruitment company built on values. Built for better long-term results. Built to work hard, so you can hire smarter.

At Alliance Search Solutions, we partner with middle-market companies who are similar to us. The ones who work with an unconditional commitment to integrity and who understand the value of a true partnership. We have industry-leading fill rates, far surpassing the performance of many of our peers. And that success stems from our comprehensive, well-defined process– the key to how we hire smarter. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, we are a nationally-focused retained and contingency search firm serving a variety of clients and industries. Since 2001, our search consultants have matched hundreds of top executives and direct hire candidates with organizations domestically and internationally.

Philosophy
Not all companies make a good match. At Alliance Search Solutions, we work with companies who understand the importance of process. A partnership with us means we’re an extension of your organization. We take the time to listen and learn everything about your company and needs before we’ll ever ask you to sign a contract. Only when a relationship is mutually beneficial and we can provide true value, do we engage in a customer relationship.

Awards & Recognition

Alliance Search Solutions won Inavero’s Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Awards for providing superior service to our clients and job seekers. Presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, Inavero’s Best of Staffing award is based completely on the ratings given to us by our clients and the permanent and temporary employees we’ve helped find jobs. Award winners make up less than two percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada who earned the Best of Staffing Award for service excellence.

Mission

Our mission is to consistently match top performing companies to great talent through a positive, seamless recruitment experience. When you succeed, we succeed.

Process

We work with expertise. You have your own niche, and so do we. When we identify a candidate for your organization, we do so strategically, with longevity in mind.

We work with direct communication. You tell us your specific goals and concerns, and we’ll work to ensure your expectations are met.

We work with timelines. A sense of urgency drives a successful search, and setting expectations ahead of time helps everyone to stay collectively focused.

We work with potential, and with culture. It’s more than just a checklist of requirements. The most successful placements come when we’re searching for talent and potential. We look for candidates that will add value to your organization, rather than candidates who simply “fill a position.”
